Conversation Design: Practical Tips for AI Design
AI has been the buzzword on everyone’s lips for the past year, but few in UX have shared the nuances of designing for non-static systems. Designing for AI means feeling comfortable with ambiguity, and there’s no one who knows this ambiguity better than a conversation designer.
While new to many, Conversation Design is an established discipline within UX that centers on conversationally-led human-computer interactions. You may have already encountered such interactions in the form of Siri or a customer support chatbot.
In this Master Class webinar, Elaine Anzaldo will introduce the foundations of conversation design and share tips so that any designer can become a successful AI designer.
You’ll learn:
- Differences between conversation design and mainstream UX.
- Challenges of designing for AI and how to prepare for them.
- Best practices for writing natural conversational scripts.
- The conversation designer’s toolkit, including voice prototyping.
- Skills you’ll need to stand out as a “niche” designer.
Dive into the world of AI design today! This is your chance to stay ahead of the curve and learn from the best practices of the fast-paced field of conversation design.
