According to research, 25% of users abandon mobile apps after one use. After one month, 63% uninstall their apps. So, how do you keep users engaged with your mobile experience? And how do you stop users from abandoning or uninstalling your app? Moreover, how do you create an app that serves users above the noise of today’s crowded mobile app market?

Since ‘anyone can design a mobile app,’ it's important to start your mobile app experience with a differentiated UX. In this Master Class webinar, Frank Spillers will cover emotional differentiation for mobile UX. In addition, he will share case studies of how to make your mobile UX better by incorporating inclusion and sociability into your app differentiation puzzle.

This Master Class will touch on what you'll learn in our upcoming course, Mobile UX Design: The Beginner's Guide. Stay tuned for the launch!

In this webinar, you’ll learn:

  • How to approach mobile UX for 2023 and beyond.

  • How to build emotion design strategies into your mobile UX.

  • How to build inclusive design into your mobile UX.

  • What sociability means for mobile and how to improve it.

  • How to design cross-culturally sensitivity into your app (for other markets).

Whether you develop, design, or strategize about mobile UX, this webinar will give you new insights into the importance of differentiating for mobile. Differentiation is critical for mobile because, without it, users may skip your app or expect to uninstall it from the start. Instead, giving them a mobile experience they can’t live without should be your goal for mobile UX design.
