Dipl.-Inf. Bo-Sik Lee received his diploma in computer science at the University of Dortmund in 2001. Since 2002 he is an research assistant of Prof. Dr.-Ing. R. Koch. His scientific interests are focussed on developing of reduced energy dissipation for embedded systems with mobile technology and developing of web-based-database services. He is engaged in German-projects \"SAFeR\", \"GÜTER\" and \"I-LOV\" and in the EU-Project \"SHARE\" as a project manager and developer. He has competent knowledge of mobile data communication especially in the area of firefighting.
