Charles is a User Experience Architect at Acquity Group in Chicago. Charles was most recently the Director of User Experience at Pathfinder Associates, a software development firm. Charles also served as Creative Director of Adobe.com & the head of the Brand & Interactive departments at frogdesignSF. He led the design of community sites for Encyclopedia Brittanica and a Customer Support application for GenesysLabs. He has taught design studio and history courses at graduate and undergraduate levels, and currently teaches design theory at The School of the Art Institute.
