Worked as air combat maneuvering investigatior for Logicon in 1988, taught interviewing techniquest at the University of Chicago and managed large medical education grants from 1988-1991. Chief psychologist at the new Mexico Boys School from 1991 to 1997. Since has worked at a school psychologist in Las Vegas New Mexico. Has published approximatedly 15-20 times in journals on ACM, test reliability and validity, as well as reading research.
