Geir Bakke (MSc in Marketing, Norwegian School of Management - BI), founder of Producta AS. After completing his MSc degree at BI, Geir has spent the last ten years managing and developing business units at Cinet, Vital and General Electric (GE). His practical experience in new product and business development and desire to work in the area full-time led him to found Producta - a consultancy company focusing on helping companies to improve their new product development processes and innovation performance. Geir has also been a pioneer in introducing the Lead User Method to Scandinavia and has had a Norwegian case study of the method published in the Journal of Product Innovation Management.
