Born April 22, 1950, Professor Kehinde Akinmayowa had a distinguished academic career. He graduated, B.SC Psychology (Hons) 1975 at the University of Lagos , Nigeria,(1975) M.Sc Ergonomics, University of Birmingham,England, U.K (1979) ,studied with the Open University, Milton Keynes, U.K from 1980-1981,and graduated PhD Engineering Production (1982) in Birmingham, England.He distinguished himself in teaching and research at the University of Lagos, Nigerian Institute of Journalism, The Nigerian Police College, Immigration Services, The University of Birmingham in the school of Engineering production and Operational Research. Professor Kehinde Akinmayowa graduated MA Career Counseling and Management at the University of the Rockies , Colorado, USA, MBA in Technology Management, University of Phoenix and is currently in the MA program for Conflict Resolution at the university of the Rockies for another MA degree.
