Walid Saba holds a BSc, an MSc and a PhD (1999) in Computer Science. He is currently a Principal Software Engineer at the American Institutes for Research in Washington, DC. Previously, Dr Saba was in academia where he taught Computer Science at several institutions, and was a consulting software engineer where he worked at such places as AT&T Bell Labs and Cognos, Inc. His research interests are in in Artificial Intelligence, and specifically in Natural Language Processing, Ontology and Knowledge Representation and Intelligent E-Commerce Agents.
