Yochai Benkler has been the Jack N. and Lillian R. Berkman Professor for Entrepreneurial Legal Studies at Harvard Law School since 2007. He is author of The Wealth of Networks and the paper "Coase's Penguin, or, Linux and the Nature of the Firm." He is also Faculty Co-Director of the Berkman Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University.
