Frank Vetere is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computing and Information Systems at The University of Melbourne. He works with his colleagues in the Interaction Design Group at The University of Melbourne to develop methods for designing useful, usable and satisfying technology. He has specific interest in participatory design approaches and use-centred processes for creating innovative information and communication technology. Frank is particularly
interested in using these methods with mobile and ubiquitous technologies in non-work settings.
